The Sacramento County Children's Coalition proudly presents the 4th Biennial Children's Summit featuring the release of our 2006 Children's Report Card. The Children's Report Card is a comprehensive report on the health and well being of children in Sacramento County. The Report Card highlights the changing conditions of children and families and provides a guide for policy development to improve the status of Sacramento's Children.
The Summit will include a presentation of the 2006 Report Card, guest speakers and panel discussions on the implications of Report Card findings, and the development of a Children's Charter.
The Sacramento County Children's Coalition is an advisory body to the Board of Supervisors, charged with assessing community needs, evaluating existing services and making recommendations to the Board of Supervisors and other policy-making bodies in order to promote the health and well being of children and families in Sacramento County.REGISTRATION FORM
