Read our requirements and policies to join the Directory database. Here you will find our Inclusion-Exclusion Policy. Agency and programs must meet the Inclusion criteria to join.
Join the Directory:
Agencies can join or add new programs to be listed in the Directory database -
complete the
on-line input form and submit it.
The form can also be printed out and mail to us at your leisure.
Directory Changes:
Agencies can make online changes, additions or deletions to the programs and services that they list in the Directory -
simply complete the
on-line input form with the changes
and send or mail it back to us.

Directory on Disk is a searchable database program that allows you or clients to find community services by name, topic, geographical area, or population group. It includes a one-year subscription to quarterly data updates.
Minimum requirements are IBM 486 (DX266 PC), Microsoft Windows (version 3.1), 45MB hard drive space, and 16MB RAM. Program works as an excellent stand-alone client referral database. Designed for single or multiple licence users. Protected data cannot be extracted for other software.
