Ryan White Funded Services
The essential reason for the Sacramento HIV Health Services Planning Council is to direct funding to service providers based on the changing needs of people living with HIV and AIDS in the Sacramento EMA. Along with allocating funds to service categories, the Council determines appropriate standards of care that each provider must comply with in delivering services.
The services currently funded are; Ambulatory/Outpatient Care, Case Management, Oral Healthcare, Emergency Financial Assistance, Mental Health, Housing Assistance, Substance Abuse Services, Food Bank/Home-Delivered Meals, Psychosocial Support, Residential or In-Home Hospice, Child Care, Treatment Adherence and Health Insurance Continuation.
