The Community
Services Planning Council is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
qualified to receive tax-deductible donations. The Planning
Council’s tax ID #94-1201196.
Since 1939,
the Planning Council has served as a catalyst for community change
by:

providing
health and human services information for the public,
-
engaging
people in collaborative planning,
-
conducting
policy analysis on health and social issues,
-
developing
innovative programs,
-
building
coalitions to effectively respond to emerging community needs,
and,
-
offering
training and technical assistance in community planning,
mobilizing and program development so people can improve their
communities.
Every donation
received is another opportunity to improve the health and well being
of individuals and families in Sacramento County through Community
Services Planning Council programs such as:
- Hands
On Sacramento:
Building
a better community by engaging individuals, corporate teams
and families in one-time hands-on, high impact community service
projects.
- 2-1-1
Sacramento:
Sacramento’s only comprehensive, multilingual information
and referral service, helping more than 40,000 individuals
and families each year get in touch with needed services such
as low-cost housing, food closets, health care, and card for
elderly relatives.
- California Immunization Registry:
A seven-county partnership working to achieve a 90% immunization
rate for toddlers through education, advocacy and development
of the California Immunization Registry KIDS Immunization Registry.

Community Services Planning Council acts as the fiscal asgent
for the Fresh Producers program. To donate to the Fresh Producers
program, please click on the Guidestar button below and fill
out the donation page. Be sure to state Fresh Producers Program
in the Designation field.

financial donation to the Community Services Planning Council using
