Draft Human Services Element
The Human Services Coordinating Council is pleased to present the Draft Human Services Element of the Sacramento County General Plan. The draft is a revision of the Human Services Element originally approved by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors in 1994. This document sets forth policies to guide land use planning decisions and establishes a framework for examining the social consequences of various land use alternatives.  Public input is needed and can be provided by sending comments on the draft to Staff
