Online ZIP Code Database with profiles for each of the 53 populated physical ZIP Codes in Sacramento County.  Each six-page report includes Demographics, Vital Statistics, the Number of Licensed Child Care Locations, Unemployment data by Census Designated Place (CDP), and information on calls to 2-1-1 Sacramento.

Draft Human Services Element
The Human Services Coordinating Council is pleased to present the Draft Human Services Element of the Sacramento County General Plan. The draft is a revision of the Human Services Element originally approved by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors in 1994. This document sets forth policies to guide land use planning decisions and establishes a framework for examining the social consequences of various land use alternatives. 
Public input is needed and can be provided by sending comments on the draft to Staff

Human Services Master Plan.  The Human Services Master Plan is a database of 212 reports containing policies, recommendations and plans related to health and human services that were adopted by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors, approved by County Departments or Divisions or completed and presented but not formally adopted.
